As part of my role in the promotions team, I help to deliver high quality events that the students union put on. This role is very varied and can go from setting up and managing events to promoting events through talking to students and leafleting. This role means I have to be adaptable to different situations and roles as well as talkative and informative. In June 2019, I was part of the team who delivered the SUBU Summer Ball which is the largest student summer ball in the county, this gave me an insight in to how large events are planned and delivered to a high standard.
