      A small outsourced Military claims unit consisting of six members of staff-Daily response to technical referrals made by my team of claim technicians-Customer payments and management of the weekly BACS run- Responsible for all supplier invoices and sending remittances- Referrals to the underwriters of the policy-Repudiations-Escalated complaints including the draft and issue of final response letters - Monitoring the recoveries and encouraging the staff (2012 saw us hitting over £8000)- In depth knowledge of twelve policy wordings including new releases- Staff objectives, monthly 1-1s, end if year reviews and the implementation of improvement plans-Carry out minimum number of required internal audits across the hub team to enable performance measures to be effective. -To provide clients and policyholders regular updates in relation to the progress of claims and ensure timely responses to all callback requests made by them. -Performance review including weekly MI, fraud savings and complaint analysis-Communication to the team of all agreed processes or new initiatives and assist in implementing any changes. -Allocation of work- Resource and manage day to day rotas within the hub team.
