I have been a repeat client of Louise’s during several roles, both at Truth and now at Lovebrands for 1 reason: quality of thinking. Collaborating with her & her team on both brand strategy and innovation work has been a pleasure: from briefing to study design, and particularly the communication of implications the quality and outcome focus is always there. I have found Louise’s work on innovation territories particularly useful as she is able to really understand the business issue, to dig beneath the surface with consumer and communicate the relevance of insights to stakeholders; and contributes her wider experience and thinking to our business issues in a way which few can. Working with Lovebrands’ European team has been perfect for us, with cost, timings & quality of output are also all very competitive – look forward to working together again.

Louise is inspiring to work with, as a Line Manager she clearly places great importance in her team, is always ready to listen and acts quickly to work through challenges, earning her great respect from those working with her. As a team member Louise is perceptive, inquisitive and considered, with a clear and highly engaging communication style. It is no wonder that she is well-trusted by clients.
