The National Football Youth League was formed in Season 2010/11 to bridge the gap between Academy & College football. It is a bespoke league aimed at talented young players aged 16+ and entry is open to teams linked to professional football clubs. It aims to provide a professional coaching and playing environment and to raised standards and aspirations for its players and coaches.
