      I have responsibility for a team of 15 members of staff across the Learning Support and EAL departments. As a member of the Extended Primary Leadership Team I support staff and students across the school and act as both leadership link and Learning Support link for EYFS. In my role, I teach groups of EAL and Learning Support students as well as providing in-class support across the school.
