I have responsibility for a team of 15 members of staff across the Learning Support and EAL departments. As a member of the Extended Primary Leadership Team I support staff and students across the school and act as both leadership link and Learning Support link for EYFS. In my role, I teach groups of EAL and Learning Support students as well as providing in-class support across the school.

I lead a team of 3 Learning Support teachers, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Dyslexia Support teacher and 8 LSAs across the primary campus.We provide intervention and inclass support to over 100 children with a variety of learning differences and work with class teachers to enable them to provide an inclusive curriculum where all students can achieve.
