My main responsibilities are: - Facilitating and tracking the recruitment process for all vacancies by liaising with recruitment agencies, updating and maintaining job profiles, advertising and searching for candidates directly, utilising Linkedin recruiter, screening and coordinating CV submission, and organising and conducting interviews. - Coordinating the onboarding process including processing offer paperwork and conducting appropriate reference checks, leading HR inductions and administering the probation process.- Monitoring, recording and reporting on sickness absence levels for employees, liaising with the HR manager for ongoing cases.- Responsibilty for preparing and inputting of all monthly HR and payroll data into the HR system, checking and submitting to the payroll provider.- Coordinating the administration of all performance management, pay review, bonus and maternity/paternity processes.- Coordinating the administration and maintenance of all Company benefit schemes (e.g childcare vouchers, pension scheme, Group share scheme etc).- Assisting the HR Manager and line managers on employee relations issues (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, long term sickness etc).
