  My role includes social media management, press release and website article writing, content creation, search engine optimization as well as more traditional marketing practices.I created social media analytics reports to gain insight into Legasea’s audience, with this information I put together a content calendar for social media.I created the first quarterly newsletter for the company which I continue to create and distribute 4 times a year.I have nearly doubled Legasea’s social media following during my internship as well as this I have boosted engagement rate and dropped the bounce rate on the website.I create original and creative content for social media and the website using Canva and the adobe creative suite. As well as this I take original photographs on iPhone which I edit using a variety of editing apps also on my phone.

  My role includes being entrusted to manage the shop on a Saturday on my own. Coaching sales associates to expand their product knowledge and reach their sales targets. Creating incentives to motivate the rest of the team. I created a game to increase online sales within the store. All the staff were very excited about this game and we still use it weekly, because of this game online sales have risen. These incentives help to engage staff and act as a team building exercise. I am a brand ambassador for Fossil as I have represented the brand at the Union Square retailer of the year awards. Handling customer returns, exchanges and complaints.
