  My position as Head of Client Services spans a huge range of activity including:- Managing projects of all sizes - Assisting junior team members - Overseeing all website projects and jobs - Overseeing the design and development weekly schedule - Carrying out a weekly scrum meeting every Monday morning, followed by two scrum catch ups with the developers each day - Regular contact with clients - Creating detailed website specifications- Working closely with the marketing team to produce site structures - Producing project timelines (Gantt charts) for clients, which are updated on a regular basis- Liaising with the client, designer, development and marketing team - Testing websites cross-browser and cross-device - Reporting on pre-live website snags and following them through to resolution - Creating and scheduling in email marketing campaigns - Working with clients who have monthly retainers, to deliver the work on time and to a high standard - Client relationship development across an array of industries- Working closely with the User Experience (UX) Design department- Email issues
