  I have 22 years of experience within the telecoms industry. I have played a role in the many areas of telecoms such as - Engineering - Maintenance - Billing - Provisioning - Porting - Account management - Sales My telecoms work life started at 16 years of age, helping my father with any Cat5 cabling installations. I quickly found my talent as a telecoms trainer, showing end users the best and easiest way of using their telecoms to the highest potential. It was a natural progression from training to installations and maintenance. Everything was on premise solutions so talking and meeting new customers was an everyday occurrence. With 12 years being on the tools installing telephone systems such as Toshiba, Panasonic, Swyx, Aastra, Siemens/Unify and Mitel. Then finding we were falling behind the times, we decided to step from on premise solutions to cloud and taking on board Gamma Horizon. I decided to move from engineering to account management and sales. I know my systems and how they work, I know what to look out for at a customer premises when looking at a telecoms solution. I am excited to be part of Team Metalogic, who has a fantastic repution for service. As Client Services Manager, my role is to grow and manage the telecoms side of the business. I will be analysing existing and new customers telecoms ensuring they are getting the best service and the best solution.
