  As Finance Director of Brook Learning Trust, I manage the finances for our three secondary Academies, The Hayesbrook School, The High Weald Academy and The Ebbsfleet Academy. This involves medium term financial planning, budget setting, budget monitoring, cashflow management, closing the accounts and reporting to the Trust Board. Since joining the Trust in 2012 I have centralised the finance team, introduced a new finance system, and worked on the lengthy academisation process for The Ebbsfleet Academy which was build under PFI.
