I am an assistant manager in the BDO Drive team responsible for looking after the team and the day to day running of the central outsourcing department. Our department look after clients finance departments externally, ranging from data processing, VAT returns, payment runs and monthly reporting. We use cloud software to manage the processes and additional applications to enable our clients to run their businesses more efficiently. We also deal with highly complex transitions onto cloud software, which involves fine attention to detail and a high level of accounting skills. We like to listen to what our clients want and help them help their businesses succeed.
