The MINDCOR Group is one of South Africa's leading executive search and talent management consulting firms. I was an Account Director for strategic and anchor clients in banking, FMCG, manufacturing and healthcare. I worked with CEO's, and Directors at Group level for a number of South Africa's leading listed and non-listed organisations, being the lead Search Partner and/or Account Director responsible for the delivery of their most discreet executive searches. Some of my most challenging projects included: Listed International Healthcare Provider: Chief Financial Officer; Chief Information Officer; Marketing Director Listed International Bank: Delivered the entire Corporate Real Estate Services leadership team for the South African region. Worked closely with the Global Head of CRES to achieve this project which took 1 year to complete. Listed International Bank: Leadership team for the South African Procurement Division Listed Local Retail Bank: Head of Capital Management Listed Airline: Commercial Director Listed International Legal Firm: Chief Financial Officer Listed Healthcare Provider: Head of Rehabilitation Listed FMCG organisation: Managing Director Government Broadband Entity: Chief Technical Officer. Chief Executive Officer. Head of Legal. This project took 2 years to complete. I was also involved in a two year executive talent pipeline project for an international bank, where we engaged and tracked talent in a non-vacancy driven exercise to identify and map out all C-Suite candidates who could be interested in making a move in the medium to long term.

Full P&L responsibility for this division, part of the Advtech Ltd Group, one of South Africa's largest listed education and recruitment organisations. Led a team of 8 staff, managing both temporary and permanent contingency recruitment Achievement: The division was running at a loss and was due to be closed down. I was recruited into the role to turn it around. Along with the support of a fantastic team who were dedicated and committed, we rebranded the business, implemented systems and processes which ultimately resulted in a profitable business within 12 months. The business is still operating today (with the branding we created!).
