Brand Ambassador
-
2012 - 2014
At Crabtree and Evelyn my focus and drive is to offer first class service to all customers, whether new or returning, ensuring that each customer leaves the store feeling as if they have had a personalised shopping experience. I consistently hit personal KPI (Key Product Indicator) targets and often go beyond what is expected of me in my role. I analyse the store UPT and my ATV to enable myself to intelligently drive my sales, i.e. increasing conversion rates through demonstrations, product knowledge and link selling to increase my Average Transactional Value.

Head Girl
-
2008 - 2009
I was elected as head girl at my school after undergoing a vast election campaign. As part of this role I was an ambassador for the school, I improved the lines of communication within the school's hierarchy, I promoted various fundraising activities, gave speeches and organised events within and outside the school. I found this role very rewarding as it has allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills, to relish as a team leader as well as being a team player.
