I have worked with Louise Hynes for over four years on several series including The Business, Rising after Redundancy, Corrigan Cooks Naturally and Sattitude. She started as a researcher with me but proved so adept and capable, she was promoted to Assistant Producer. Louise has several strengths. She is excellent at finding the best and most unusual contributors. She is also very good with people, particularly at persuading them to participate. In the last few years, she has moved beyond this into scripting and editing. I believe Louise is now more than capable of producing and directing. She is extremely hardworking, professional and diligent and would be an asset to any production.

Louise was a delight to work with and I'm eager to work with her again. Her passion for television is clear from the moment you meet her and it translates into her work.
