Louisa’s mediation and conflict resolution sessions have been very useful. The skills learnt have been very unique and easy to apply in any type of conflict situation. As a lawyer, I found them very beneficial as it assisted me to achieve the best possible settlements for my clients. I would highly recommend Louisa for mediation and conflict resolution.

I invested in The Mediation Method with Louisa to become a better leader because I wanted to drive more sales and generally improve my communication skills (after all, it's all we have got). Before participating in the course, when I had a conflict with a client, partner or friend, I instantly felt like a victim. However, after implementing the tools provided during the course, I am now totally in charge and find it much easier to have difficult conversations. Doing this also saves my clients and co-workers time, energy, and money, making our creative process smoother and visual outcomes stronger. Practising the tools and techniques that Louisa shared in real-life situations helped me resolve problems and come out of them with dignity—putting these listening and communication skills into practise since the course ended has positively impacted my business. I would recommend any of Louisa's methods to anyone who is looking to improve their communication skills within a safe and private environment Thank you, Louisa.

Louise is a tremendous mediator, with profound depths of emotional intelligence and real skill in facilitating conflict resolution and communication. I was privileged to work with her for a short time, and learned so much that has been useful then and since. Her advice and guidance is always thoughtful and thought-provoking, and - if you let it influence you - very empowering.
