Securely tagging all keys to a security peg and numerically linking it to the property card within the company CRM. • Updating the CRM with notes logging the whereabouts of all keys coming into or leaving the office. • Logging and chasing any maintenance issues within the building on a daily basis to ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible. • Training new negotiators to cover the office coordinator, as well as refresher training throughout their career.
