I do some of my best work when a company has had a platform set up a certain way for a few years but with minimal administration, the platform has been out of date, a bit messy, and could use an outside expert to gauge where things are at and come up with ideas to optimize it. I got started in the world of platforms when I began building custom software to make processes better. I don't build custom software much anymore, and thankfully now have a team that can handle that when it comes up which it has when we have built HubSpot CMS Websites, HubSpot Email Templates, and HubSpot Custom Integations. Most of our clients have been in the technology, SaaS, and eCommerce space. Our clients are typically funded startups to mid-cap businesses. Their needs are usually quite unique. We work with startups on onboarding and setting up their Customer Relationship Management systems and running go-to-market campaigns to see what channels are effective. We work with mid-cap companies that are already on a complex set of apps and programs including a CRM and they need to have a platform assessment performed to see what tools can be replaced, integrated, and removed to bring about the best outcomes for the client. - Onboarded hundreds of companies to Customer Relationship Management platforms - Generated tens of thousands of dollars in net new monthly revenue for eCommerce company via email marketing - Delivered SCORE workshops focused on Growing Your Business with a CRM Show less
