      As Publicity Director I organised media campaigns for Penguin authors including Pat Barker, Paul Theroux, John Mortimer and Alec Guinness. I also organised author talks at bookshops and Literary Festivals. Latterly I helped establish a Penguin/Orange Readers Group Prize, and organised several city and county wide reads of Penguin Classics.
