Louisa is the best combination of HR and talent with business skills. She is strategic and always has a holistic approach, never plugging in solutions for the sake of it but always from an organisational development and professional point. She is challenging but supportive and has great credibilty with those she works with in the business, able to coach and advise the business leaders who she has partnered with. I have been lucky enough to work with her and have enjoyed the collaboration and co-creation. She fulfills every as apect of partnering and has often brought realistic and pragmatic benefit to the ideas I have had.

Organisational Development Partner, Global Human Resources and Finance

I entered this role on return from maternity leave. Whilst I enjoyed the challenge of developing an innovative and engaging OD strategy, in a function that was change fatigued and uncertain of the future, I quickly realised that I wanted to experience a different business, a different culture, as much of my career had been within the Investment Bank or Infrastructure. I was accountable for the development stream within the programme, designing and delivering management and leadership development programmes for all grades. In 2010, I was asked to lead a piece of work to come up with a solution for developing management and leadership capability in HR. HR managers were time poor and often felt like the 'cobblers children'. I selected a supplier that I could closely collaborate with to develop a solution that would maximise the time taken out of the office to learn. We designed a solution that provided 'coaching in the moment' and enabled the managers to make small, meaningful changes in their habits and behaviours that could easily be taken back to the workplace.
