  Project Architect for Gondar Gardens an amazing new extra care residential development in north London. The proposals comprised of extra care apartments, nursing home, on site healthcare and communal facilities and associated administration/ staff facilities. The proposals also incorporated a disused victorian reservoir and coupled with locate opposition to development, a complicated planning history and ecological constraints the project went through a challenging but interesting design process. The proposals were referred to the GLA for approval in Autumn 2017. Previously responsible for the development and coordination of the interior fit-out and cladding elements of 1 New Street Square, London during construction to completion in September 2016.Robin Partington & Partners are an award-winning architectural studio, founded in October 2009. The project portfolio ranges from residential to culture, with buildings such as Park House on Oxford Street and the planned 1 Merchant Square in Paddington adding to the diverse London skyline.   Responsible for the development and coordination of the interior fit-out of 1 New Street Square, London during tender and construction.Project Architect for Kimmerfield's Court, a 45 unit housing development in Swindon for the active elderly. This prominent site provided 45 new apartments and associated communal facilities in Swindon town centre as part of the first phase of the Kimmerfields master plan. The proposal was developed in conjunction with Greensquare and the Homes and Communities Agency to provide an accessible environment for ‘active elderly’ people, allowing them to enjoy a high quality of life and maintain their independence. This was through detailed design to tender. - Huntington Industrial Estate- a 15 storey residential development in Shoreditch, London. Assisting the team through the early concept design stages helping generate areas, apartment layouts and model making.

  Worked on a range of projects from small residential developments, with project values of £200,000- £5 million to large scale Industrial, commercial and healthcare projects with values up to £48 million. My responsibilities included measured surveys, site analysis, design development, meeting and coordinating with the clients, project managers, engineers and contractors. This experience covered all RIBA work stages. Towards the end of my time there I was given the opportunity to run a small project at Didcot Parkway Station. This gave me invaluable experience on all the work stages particularly writing specifications, compiling and evaluating tender packages, detailing and on site construction. Show less
