Worked with managers and Board to identify training needs. Provided summaries of outcomes from the process to the Board. Ensured the required compliance training was delivered and that high quality audit outcomes were achieved from the department. Covered for the HR Manager by providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR issues as and when required. Main Achievements: o Designed and delivered a new Future Regional Manager programme o Procured, planned and implemented a new self-service HR system to all the offices. o Played a key role in formalising a transparent Promotion criteria and process o In conjunction with the Director designed and implemented a training timeline and programme for new Forensic Investigators o Designed and managed a ‘Bite-size’ training programme to provide effective and efficient learning of MS Office packages.
