  As a service engineer in Nordson ICS department, my main role was to install, test & commission, service and provide periodical maintenance of industrial coating equipment. I was involved mostly in powder coating equipment, especially to troubleshoot and provide immediate solutions to customers' issues.   Started as a service engineer, I was being involved mostly in repairing dispensing machine, conducting troubleshooting to faulty machine, customizing and modifying the machine in order to improve the performance of the machine. As time goes by, I am now handling more paint spraying-related projects which requires more on design and propose equipment and painting line, management and arrangement of contractors, and on-site troubleshooting.
