Louis was a great deal of help during Access Health CT's first open enrollment period. I worked with him frequently in one of the enrollment centers and at various enrollment events, and he always kept the flow of applicants moving smoothly while connecting them with us brokers and assisters. I look forward to working with him again during the 2015 open enrollment season.
