Bio
Vadim Palshin
Louis is an outstanding specialist in CAD design and construction of complex synchrotron instrumentation. On several occasions when I had to upgrade one of our beamlines or build a new one, I relied very heavily on Louis’s expertise in UHV system design. He is also a good team player a great guy to work with!
