My responsibilities includes assisting attorneys in the development of asbestos-related cases. Much of this concerns researching each individual client's work history to see if he/see had any association with asbestos materials and if the related firm where they were employed or working with other contractors had indeed provided asbestos materials for job-sites. Often times. litigation would be filed against firms/asbestos manufactures that provided asbestos materials for job-sites where workers from more than one firm were involved. Consequently, a single client who traveled to various e job-sites could seek address from more than one asbestos manufacturer. For instance , a client who develops mesothelioma (an asbestos-related affliction) as a result of working in the asbestos-laden furnaces at Bethlehem Steel could file suit against any number of manufacturers who provided asbestos materials for the work-site.
