Currently I am the Athlete Development Director at the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA), a leading Provincial Sport Organization in Ontario. I provide leadership towards the development and implementation of OVA's strategic priorities in the areas of athlete development and high performance. As part of OVA's senior leadership, I work with staff to create the conditions in which athletes and coaches will have the most meaningful sport experiences. As part of my current work, I am responsible for the development of a high performance framework articulated around the values of excellence, honesty and integrity. I oversee the OVA's talent identification system by developing policies establishing evidence-based selection of athletes and coaches through a clearly defined Athlete/Coach Matrix. My work also involves building relationships through coach mentorship and working with sport science expert to create the best support system for identified athletes.

Upon retiring as a professional volleyball player, I created a company to help and inspire young volleyball players to learn how to achieve their goals and unleash their full potential. I planned and delivered high quality training to 2000+ athletes from across Canada and France while managing all aspects of business development and administration. I had the chance of delivering need-sensitive coaching to indigenous and Inuit athletes from the Yukon, the NWT and Nunavik communities. I also reached over 5 million people with a successful volleyball coaching podcast and Youtube channel meant to make high level concepts and knowledge accessible to a large audience at no cost.
