  Verantwoordelijk voor de sinter en fosfor fabrieken wat betreft budgetten, productie hoeveelheden, kwaliteit en investeringen.Aansturing van 5 ploegen dienst en dagdienst.In deze periode is de fosforafdeling gereorganiseerd van een equipement gestuurde naar een flowteam opererende bezetting.Tevens is de onderhoudsafdeling gecentraliseerd, is er een start gemaakt met de inzet van totaal nieuwe grondstofstromen en is de productie afgestemd op de fluctuaties in de energiemarkt.
