Transparent, communicative, solution-oriented and endlessly committed to his team. Truly a Stirling example of a manager. Thank you for your stalwart leadership Louis, good luck in the next stage of your journey Louis!

Manuel Calvé

Louis is a great manager that understands and supports his team when they have concerns and helps me realise my full potential by coming with new and clever ways to deal with tasks. I especially appreciate the balance between trusting me to work on my own while still giving me guidance when I need it. Through his calm and friendly demeanour, he creates a group atmosphere that contributes to the cohesion of the entire team. I would recommend Louis for his organisational and leadership skills, as well as his ability to negotiate with colleagues accross the company to find agreements between teams in order to improve company policies and team processes. A fan of skiing in Switzerland - which is always a positive - with amazing interpersonal skills.
