I had the pleasure of working with Louis Grosskopf for 6 years at Sungard Availability Services. He joined and lead our software team as the General Manager at a very challenging time, methodically helping us to grow and rebuild our software team and our book of business in a positive direction that helped pave the way for a sustainable future. His energy and clarity of vision helped inspire our software team to aim high and achieve big goals. He advocated for the growth of our product team within the larger software team by bringing in a new and strong core leadership group, and placed an important emphasis on improved product user interaction. This led to us expanding even further to include a fully-developed Product/UX Team to help make our products both intuitive and functional, while bringing in a new aesthetic quality that was previously missing. Louis' dedication to help our software team grow and thrive was outstanding. He always made it a point to lead by example and provided much needed guidance and feedback to steer things in the proper direction. He takes pride in his work and accomplishments, and also strives to make all those that he works with reach their full potential. I have full confidence that Louis will continue to provide the same level of professionalism to any organization he is associated with. He will make a tremendous impact with his noteworthy leadership skills, in addition to his deep knowledge of software product solutions management, business operations, and his broad executive level experience.
