  Louis has been appointed as Managing Partner of the firm having been head of the Corporate and Finance practice group at Camilleri Preziosi. He has developed a broad based practice in corporate, commercial and finance areas ranging from bank lending and banking products, to privatisations, capital markets, M&A transactions, corporate finance, securitisations, and asset management. He advises an array of clients on a day-to-day basis on commercial and finance transactions; regulatory and compliance matters, corporate governance and corporate matters generally. He has wide experience of mergers and takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, company divisions and of equity and debt financing structures. He has been a first mover in the development of capital markets in Malta and still acts for a significant number of companies listed on the Malta Stock Exchange.Louis has extensive experience in advising banks and financial institutions on the regulatory aspects of the business including international clients establishing new operations in Malta.
