Growing from 416 in average SS attendance in the year 2000 to 1670 in average SS attendance in 2013. • Recognized in the top 25 Churches in 2006-2010 by the Tennessee Baptist Convention as one of the fastest growing Sunday School programs, ranked as the fourth fastest in 2007. • Started a Special Needs Ministry that has grown from 8 to over 40 families weekly. • Launched a lay led Marriage Mentoring Ministry based on “Dare to be Different” by Mat & Pam Loehr, that has more than doubled in three years, growing from 15 trained couples to currently 39 trained marriage mentoring laity couples. • Enlisted and trained for a successful rotation of volunteers staffing the Welcome Centers, Decision Time Counselor teams, and Parking/Greeter teams • Project Manager for the design phases of a 13,000 square foot office building for staff and a consultant and planner for the Education portion a 47,000 sq. ft. educational Equipping Center.
