Me and Mr. Ouano were colleagues in both Lexmark and NXP Semiconductors. In Lexmark I saw him as a very essential member of the OP Panel team that is responsible in designing embedded Graphical User Interface for Lexmark printers with LCD and Dot Matrix displays. In NXP, he became an effective hardware engineer for a variety of USB products. He has fixed key issues in NXP USB chip integration to a variety of hardware. I see him as an intelligent, dedicated, and result-oriented individual that will always be an asset to any company.
