Highly skilled, patient, and knowledgeable is how I would describe Louie. We were colleagues in the same department and I had a few opportunities to work with Louie on a couple side projects. He was always willing to take on extra tasks that enhanced processes, created automations, built efficiencies and kept his project teams moving forward. He worked first to understand the purpose of tasks to fully grasp the added value for his colleagues and the organization. Louie was proactive and identified areas of improvement and made the necessary connections to make changes within the department and also recognized, promoted, and assisted other departments to make changes where appropriate. He is a strong employee and colleague that I would certainly want to work with again and of which I would highly recommend for those looking for a great asset to their team.

Louie is a distinguished leader with a skillset that has proven valuable across multiple industries. I had the pleasure of working with Louie at Blackrock Neurotech where he led cross functional teams to develop brain computer interface (BCI) technologies and devices. As the head of these programs, Louie displayed exceptional program, project, and team leadership skills. His stakeholder management, knack for connecting strategy with tactics, and ability to lead with empathy created an environment for success across his teams and an unwavering focus on delivering results. Louie leveraged his experience to contribute significantly to the maturation of our organization’s tools/processes and quickly became a culture leader within the Project Management Office. Louie is a great leader, teammate, and person. His care for others is evident in both his words and his actions. I highly recommend Louie and would jump at the chance to work together again in the future.
