Worked with Owners’ staff, Superintendent’s and Foremen to construct and complete the critical Data Center before Substantial Completion of the entire building. • Provided MCSO HQ Owner and Facilities Staff an As-Built copy of the BIM Model that included Hyperlinks of the O&M Manual’s to specific Equipment and major component’s found through-out the building. The BIM Model is also used by the Facilities Staff to review and locate above ceiling equipment before on-site check-ups. • Assist Superintendent’s by developing and processing Details, Drawing’s and RFI’s as needed. • Provided weekly Quality Control Logs to Owner’s and Project Managers to document all installation methods and materials were per Specifications and Submittals. • Conducted Punch List’s for all floors by room for MCSO. Documented and managed Subcontractor’s to complete items. • Executed Final Close-out documentation including O&M manuals, proper warranty documentation and Change Orders. Show less
