Planner, within the PMO, for Industrial Land projects, implemented as part of the Compact II, signed between the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and Millennium Challenge Corporation (Budget 450 MUSD). Main Responsibilities : ▪ Plan and organize project activities on Project Online (mainly development and rehabilitation of sustainable industrial zones and buildings, implementation of a PPP, Electronic platform for Industrial zones, ...) ▪ Control, coordinate and monitor the execution of project activities (schedules, progress, KPIs: EV, SV, SPI, ...) and alert on risks of overruns. ▪ Analyze gaps between expected and actual results (in relation to costs and timeline) and provide recommendations to address the gaps identified. ▪ Offer and develop tools that address the needs of project teams. Project Manager - Kenitra Railway Station

Construction of a multifunctional building, containing services and shops, with two footbridges connecting the platforms and the two sides of the tracks. The works took place on a site in operation (used by both passengers and trains).Main Responsibilities :▪ Ensure daily oversight of the works on site, as well as respect of targets and commitments of the providers in costs and time.▪ Schedule the interventions and interactions of assigned contractors and ensure the architect’s and engineer’s constant involvement, …▪ Coordinate activities with the operating teams (works carried on platforms and above tracks in traffic)▪ Manage change requests and Stakeholders’ expectations (future station operators, future merchants, utilities providers, local authorities, ...)▪ Ensure compliance with quality and Health Safety & Environment procedures.▪ Manage contracts of project's contractors and service providers.Main Achievements :▪ Railway Station completed on time and on cost, up from an initial 3-month delay. Oversight of design, studies and works of new modern, bicephalous and multifunctional stations launched to complete the LGV offer. These stations were designed to meet international standards and accomodate users, as well as the services, shops and restaurants they house.Main Responsibilities :▪ Develop the project charter, the Project Management Plan and the procurement strategy for the three railway stations.▪ Collect and integrate Stakeholders’ requirements (ONCF services, users, future shops, ...)▪ Oversee architectural and technical studies, prepare and approve tender documents for the works.▪ Monitor and consolidate schedules and cost and risk registers for the three projects.▪ Manage Documents on a customized EDM platform. Monitoring the physical progress of all components of the High-Speed Lane project between Tangier and Kenitra: Infrastructure, land requisitions, trains acquisition, railway equipment, IT, stations, marketing, …Main Responsibilities :▪ Design consistent measurement methods adapted to the characteristics of each component.▪ Collect and update the progress status of the various projects.▪ Provide progress indicators by project, phase, geographic distribution, etc. as a decision-making tool. Main Achievements :▪ Deployment of a configured, malleable and aggregated physical progress database to reduce by three folds the time necessary to update and produce progress status reports.▪ Development of a civil works prices database to establish a baseline and simplify cost estimation.
