Evaluated credentials, dispensed admissions decisions, counseled, and advised students for admission. • Worked with local banking institution to create a virtual tour CD’s for recruiting. • Created the position of a rotating ombudsman with the staff, this allowed staff members to rotate from day to day allowing for fewer interruptions during the work day. • Established open relations with PREP and Upward Bound students, more students would seriously consider AMC for college on the average of 15 to 20 per year.
