Lou was extremely hardworking and an excellent manager with an excellent strategic focus. He was one of the key contributors to significant growth acheivements by First Student. Without him, the support structure would not have kept up. I would not hesitate to recommend Lou to anyone.

Inez Ciers, M.Ed

Lou & I initially worked together in FirstGroup's corporate office where he served as the CFO for First Student, a dvision of FirstGroup. He consistently added value to the company with his knowledge of accounting, attention to details & his ability to effectively cut cost adding to the bottom line. Lou later transferred out of the corporate and took on the role of Regional Vice Presidents in one of First Student's toughest regions. During his tenure, he was able to improve First Student's reputation, positively affected employee morale and developed a partnership with the location managers. As a result of his leadership the region retained contracts and employees, improved safety and improved the overall operation of each location. Lou will definitely be an asset to your company.
