Having worked with Lou years ago, I knew he was already an exceptionally talented training consultant but it is easy to see what makes him such an excellent Project Manager. Lou has a professional yet calming style which works really well with his own clients but always leaves you feeling confident that whatever is needed and promised will be delivered. He is very thoughtful and seems to think about everything from all perspectives – couple this with his strength in building strong relationships – it’s a winning combination. Alongside this, he also seems to care about what he does and the people he works with but without taking things too seriously, so he is also great fun to work with.
