Only one word that comes to mind when I think of Lou, and that’s AMAZING. Lou reported to me at Entrinsik, and he rewrote the book on the way we measure successful business development. We started Lou without a book of business and a mandate to create new customer verticals. He was an aggressive, but also charming and friendly salesperson who had an uncanny ability to overcome obstacles to win business. The best part about Lou is that he is driven and doesn’t require micromanagement. As a busy executive it was very comforting to know that I could give Lou a task and that he would not only develop a strategic plan, but also execute and deliver results. Lou is an absolute superstar and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
Jason Amar
I have had the opportunity to work with Lou in multiple settings; both as a direct and indirect report. His ability to plan, organize, lead, and control a business unit are second to none. Lou is particularly adept at aligning the interests of his direct reports with those of the business unit and organization. His management style is one that fosters a satisfying and productive work environment and I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow professionally under his leadership. Lou's attention to detail and task orientation lend to his keen ability to develop innovative approaches to projects and to see them through to successful completion. The value that he brings to a team is considerable and his talents as both a leader and team-player are remarkable.
