  American Portfolio created my position to help newly hired loan officers learn our software and best business practices. I am still working as an active loan originator in addition to this position. The Company will send me wherever the need exists, coast to coast. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1985, with experience as a loan officer, branch manager, company manager and owner/board member. My number one goal is to make this look easy to our customers and to earn referrals through trust and sound partnering strategies. I also strive to make our loan officers the best they can be, and to relieve some of the stresses that can occur in a new workplace environment. If I can't help with an issue, I generally have access to the person that can. I am a big believer in true Win-Win situations. Show less
