As a former Directeur regional at 4Refuel Canada ltd., I am pleasured to recommend to anyone Mr. Lou Berardicurti. I have worked closely with Lou and was very impressed with his work. He had at that time established a solid loyalty program to secure business relations with clients based on their internal spending profile. As a Vice President at 4Refuel Canada Ltd., Lou was managing all franchisee territories across Canada and ensuring the operational continuity and profitability 24/7. He has engineered very effective process designs for the group. I assume his work is one of the major factor in the continued growth of this company, he has established the basis for growth and profitability. He has worked closely with the franchisees, the operations managers, the operation's staff as well as with the sales and marketing teams to set a dynamic sales force structure, backed with a fully operational organization. It was really sad when he had to leave. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Lou. I am sure he be a tremendous asset to any company.
