Lotfi was in my team for 18 months and it was a real pleasure to work with him! He is 100% reliable. He showed a great hability to quickly have a good vision of the markets he was in charge of. He is clearly business oriented and focus at the same time in the short term and mid term business, which is a great challenge! He has a fantastic know how to create very quickly a strong networking in each market he is in charge of. He is very easy to manage : great autonomy, respect of reportings and hability to accept to change his approach when necessary.
