Lors is a generational talent who will change the future.

Amin Torabi

If I had to list all the qualifications that I thought would make a great resource, Lors was there in every single category. Lors joined our Data & Analytics team at Scotiabank as a data scientist intern, and quickly was off to the races running advanced analytics on big data using Python/Spark in a Hadoop Ecosystem, visualizing the outcomes in Tableau, and presenting the results to business partners. With his "can do" attitude, he picked up the new technologies with ease, and gained a deep understanding of the business context. Lors' ability to tackle complex problems was unlike any I've seen before, and his contributions made a dramatic increase in the team's productivity. Lors is a resourceful person with the right combination of soft and hard skills, and anyone who works with him will very quickly realize that.
