Key achievements included introducing the following competitions to the show where chefs competed live on stage - Knorr National Chef of the Year, the Gordon Ramsay Scholar Award, Compass Junior & Senior Chef of the Year as well as launching the highly inspirational restaurant on-site run by the students at Westminster Kingsway College.
