Lorraine is a simply a brilliant person all round, not just as a manager. She has been my direct line manager for 1.5 years, and I have come to know her as a guide, mentor, and friend. Lorraine is very supportive and encouraging of her team, befitting a true leader (as opposed to a 'boss'). She always makes time for her team to make sure that her team are not just getting the work done, but also developing new skills. Having personally received many hours of detailed training and guidance from her on technical skills, I know she takes this seriously and with a passion.
