I worked for Ms. Els at SIS in Hanoi for two years. It's long enough to get to know each other, complete a number of different projects and reflect upon teaching experiences. Lorraine supported my teaching journey from the very beginning until the very end. I could always rely on her understanding, support, and acceptance to any initiative I came up with. I always felt that I can try something new as long as it makes sense and fits the curriculum and school objectives.
