CONTROLLER• Establish billing schedules and reports, prepare invoices and control the receivable system.• Maintain the payables; proof entries and provide input for disbursements relative to cash flow.• Month-end postings to the general ledger; proof journals for accuracy; prepare all journal entries.• Prepare FAR overhead schedules monthly. Coordinate with insurance brokers and providers to ensure coverage.• Participate in weekly meetings to address problems and review current projects.• Interact extensively with customers/vendors/various professionals from banking institution, accounting firm and brokers of various professional and employee policies.• Proof and edit technical and marketing documents generated.HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER• Maintain employee personnel files and records. • Plan administrator for employee benefit programs; 401K/Health/Dental/Supplemental Programs.• Orient new employees, maintain employee database for vacation and eligibility.
