Lorraine was my mentor when I started at Remit training, and I could not have asked for more support and guidance on a new program with a new system in a new training environment for me. She was patient and informative but pushed and nurtured me to achieve goals I wasn't even aware of when I started and helped me to achieve and level of confidence in my own ability that allowed me to progress and reach a level of competency much quicker than I had expected. This level of support continued throughout the year and her leaving the team to expand her experience and advance her career, was a blow, felt by all. She will be a great asset to any future employer and I sincerely hope that I get the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
