Employee Experience • Serves as main point of contact for employee needs and resources • Guides the general wellbeing of the team both professionally and personally • Supports the Employee Success Leader in creating and maintaining high level training and career development programs Recruiting & On-Boarding • Collaborates with internal and external resources to create job postings for open positions, collect all resumes, and select candidates for management review and administer PI survey • Conducts phone screens for potential new hires, creates a detailed outline of conversation and gives recommendations on whether to proceed with interview process • Facilitates all new hire process, background check, drug screens, sends out offer letters and follow up with candidates HR Administration • Remains current in all updates regarding laws, compliance, company processes & procedures, training and making sure that they are implemented • Maintains employee files, facilitates & manages Health/Dental, 401k enrollments completed by new & current employees and keep files up to date.
