  As the Head of Purchasing and Bulk Sales at Bank Brothers Sustainable Ingredients (BBSI), I have over 4 decades of experience in the edible oils and fats industry. BBSI is a 100+ year old Canadian food ingredients company with a commitment to the highest standards of quality and service. As a seasoned commodity trader for much of my career at one of the largest food companies in Canada, I understand nuances of both sides of the “buy/sell.” I am the lead buyer of BBSI animal fat raw materials for rendering operations, and liquid animal fats for further processing. Most importantly, I know how to build and maintain strong direct sales relationships with all bulk animal fat customers and co-manufacturing partners in North America and internationally.
